How does payment work?
We require a deposit upfront to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due after the service is completed.
: Deposits are paid online at the time of booking.
:After your cleaning, we’ll send a secure invoice for the remaining balance via email or text.
:We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable.
They reserve your spot on our schedule and cover booking and setup costs. You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.
:Canceling within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
:Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the total service.
What’s included in the cleaning service?
Our standard cleanings include:
:Dusting all surfaces
:Vacuuming & mopping floors
:Wiping down counters & mirrors
:Bathroom disinfecting (toilets, sinks, tubs)
:Kitchen surfaces (outside of appliances)
:Trash removal
What’s NOT included (unless added-on)?
The following are not included unless specifically added to your service:
:Inside oven or fridge
:Inside cabinets or closets
:Laundry or bed linen change
:Wall washing or baseboard scrubbing
:Garage, patios, or outdoor areas
:Heavy-duty stain, pest, or mold removal
Add-ons are available for an extra fee. Just ask during booking or reply to your confirmation message!
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — it’s up to you.
Many clients provide entry instructions and return home to a spotless space. You can also be present to walk through at the beginning or end.
